At Abacus our event security guards put smiles on your guest’s faces as they arrive at your event.  They are hospitable and friendly and whilst ensuring your guests, their families and their property are safe, our specially trained event security guards go above and beyond to ensure the event is a special and memorable one for all.

We appreciate how much time and efforts goes into planning your special event and as such, have trained our event security guards to ensure that from a safety and security perspective it runs as smoothly as possible.

OUR SECURITY GUARDS

All Abacus event security guards are appropriately trained and licensed.  They carry the relevant 1A/C and RSA licenses which enables them to work at venues with crowds, and where alcohol will be served.  They all also carry a current first aid certificate should these services be required by any of your guests during your event.

We know how important your event is to you, and invest heavily in training our event security guards as a result.  All our event security guards are trained to treat your guests as though they are part of the family.  We believe your guests should under no circumstances be treated with disrespect at any time.  We pride ourselves in the delivery of our services, and make it our point to be as indiscrete as possible throughout the event whilst keeping total control of who enters, who has to leave, and ensuring overall safety for all.  After all, this event reflects directly on you, your company, and possibly your brand, and we take all the necessary steps to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible.

DEDICATED EVENT SUPERVISOR

Continuity at any event is of the utmost importance.  It is for this reason that Abacus allocates an experienced EVENT SECURITY SUPERVISOR to each shift throughout your event.  These supervisors are trained to run the shift as though the event was their own, taking care of any issues that arise throughout the shift.

All supervisors are briefed according to your event security requirements and are inducted into the site by your Abacus Account Manager.  This includes a complete site induction, introduction to all staff, and full induction into your Standard Operating Procedures for the event prior to the start of the event.

Your supervisors are constantly monitored by your Account Manager and are required to report to him directly and regularly regardless of whether any issues arise throughout the shift or not.  If the supervisor is having any difficulty resolving an issue the Account Manager will come to the event immediately to assist.  We make it our point to ensure you never have to worry about any security related issues throughout your event.
