This multifaceted programme provides the business framework within which we work. Compiling all your information helps us to assess your key needs in terms of number of guards, times and level of services. Using this information we create a personalised strategy and then develop a site specific Standard Operating Procedure which outlines staff requirements. Once this has been signed off we run a full induction programme for all guards prior to their first shift.

And it doesn’t end there. Your business manager will review and refine the implemented policies, procedures and practices for your site and action any changes. We conduct joint monthly or quarterly reviews of progress and performance. This provides you with a forum to discuss and changes or concerns, and allows us to plan for continuing improvement and development.

Abacus Security Services holds a Security Master License issued by the NSW Police Force Security Industry Registry and is a member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) and complies with all mandatory industry standards. We carry all comprehensive Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurances as required by current New South Wales Statutory Legislation.
